摘要
针对传统人才培养模式存在的弊端,提出了一种适应于计算机学科的三段式双分流创新人才培养模式,并对如何构建与之相适应的教学体系进行了研究和探讨。
Comparing with the limitation of traditional personnel training mode, an innovative personnel training mode which adapts to computer subject is put forward in this paper, and its corresponding teaching system is discussed too.
