摘要
目的：对中老年牙列缺损患者经SDA治疗法修复后的主观感觉进行回访调查。方法：对象为采用SDA治疗法修复的9例牙列缺损的中老年患者，戴牙时间范围为3～26个月。回访调查表内容包括全身健康状况、口腔治疗史、SDA治疗法的基本情况、美观状况、舒适度以及咀嚼功能等6个方面；同时对咀嚼效率进行测定。结果：9例患者均对SDA治疗效果表示满意，基本每天戴用，完全适应时间最长为1个月，咀嚼功能明显改善，能满足患者的日常饮食要求，未出现颞下颌关节不适。结论：SDA治疗法合理经济，易于适应，有利于口腔整体功能的恢复和保持，特别适合中老年患者。
Objective： To study the personal feelings of aged patients with defected dentitions after treated by shortened dental arch （SDA） using questionnaires. Methods： 9 aged patients with defected dentitions were treated by SDA and their wearing period were from 3 to 26 months. The questionnaire included 6 contents： systemic history, oral history and general situation, outlook state, comfortable degree and masticatory function after SDA treatment. Results： All 9 patients were satisfied with the SDA treatments and almost wore the dentures all day. The longest period for them to adapt to the dentures was 1 month. Their masticatory functions were greatly increased. No patients complained about the unfitness in craniomandihular joint. Conclusion： SDA is especially suitable for aged patients with defected dentition. It is economic and easy to adapt. It is also beneficial to the recovery and sustainment of the whole oral functions.
