摘要
建立了测定重组人红细胞生成素（rhEPO）体内生物活性的多血小鼠法。实验表明:rhE-PO在0.05～0.8 iu/鼠剂量范围内.对数剂量与反应（^(59)Fe 摄入量）呈直线关系。经多批rhEPO产品的体内生物活性测定,证明该法结果准确,重现性好.
The in vivo bioassay using the polycythaemic mouse for rhEPO was developed. The results showed that the logarithmic EPO dose-response curve was linear in the range of 0. 05 arnl 0. 8 iu/ mouse, and the method was sensitive, reliable and reproducible
