小儿全身麻醉后发生椎体外系症状12例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨小儿神经安定镇痛麻醉（NLA）后出现椎体外系症状的临床表现及处理方法。方法 ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级NLA后患儿12例。麻醉诱导采用静脉注射安定、羟丁酸钠和氟芬合刑；麻醉维持采用间断静脉注射芬太尼。结果 12例于术后第2天出现典型椎体外系症状。8例仅静注安定，4例加用东莨菪碱，无复发。结论 小儿NLA术后出现锥体外系症状，应用安定和东莨菪碱有较好疗效。
