摘要
研究了烧结气氛对BiNbO4陶瓷介电性能的影响。于不同气氛烧结的陶瓷样品,其晶粒形貌差别不大,均为斜方相结构。氮气氛烧结的陶瓷样品具有相对较小的密度、较小的εr和较高的Q。高温下热离子极化,导致各样品的εr和tgδ随着温度的升高而迅速增大,只在氮气氛烧结的陶瓷样品的温谱上观察到明显的弛豫现象。
Studied were the dielectric properties of BiNbO4 ceramics sintered in different atmospheres. The difference of grain morphology was not significant and all the samples exhibited the same orthorhombic phase. The sample sintered in atmosphere of N2 had relatively low density, low dielectric constant and relatively high Q value. Dielectric constant and loss increased rapidly with the increasing of temperature, which was caused by the polarization of thermal ions. The dielectric relaxation phenomenon was only observed in the BiNbO4 sample sintered in atmosphere of N2.
