摘要
采用Waters 1525-2487高效液相色谱仪,测定了产自浙江遂昌大西坑、遂昌九龙山、磐安大盘山、庆元百山祖、临安西天目山、金华南山、金华北山和福建武夷山等8个产地居群蛇足石杉(茎叶)中石杉碱甲的含量.结果发现,磐安大盘山居群蛇足石杉的石杉碱甲含量最高,百山祖和天目山居群的含量最低.因此,人工栽培时可以考虑以磐安大盘山产的蛇足石杉作为种源,并注意以该居群生长环境条件作为栽培的参数.
Waters 1525-2487 HPLC was applied to determine the content of Hup A in the eight populations of Huperzia serrata collected from Daxikeng of Suichang, Jiulongshan of Suichang, Dapanshan of Pan'an, Baishanzu of Qingyun, Western Tianmushan of Lin'an, Nanshan of Jinhua, Beishan of Jinhua, Zhejiang, and Wuyishan of Chong'an, Fujian. The results showed that the content of Hup A varies much among these eight populations, with the highest in the Population from Dapanshan of Pan'an and lowest in those collected from Western Tianmushan of Lin'an Baishanzu of Qingyun. Therefore, when being artifical cultivated, the population of Huperzia serrata from Danpanshan of Pan'an could be chosen as a source, attention should be paid to the environmental factors in the habits of Danpanshan population.
