摘要
介绍某轿车的制动抖动试验情况,根据实测的制动盘几何特征建立数学模型,从理论分析该车制动时转向盘抖动是因制动盘端面跳动过大。同时还分析制动盘厚薄差和端面跳动对制动抖动的影响。分析结果表明,制动盘厚薄差对制动抖动的影响大于端面跳动的影响,并且两者之间还存在着相位匹配的关系。
Both road test and rig test on brake judder of a car are presented. A mathematical model is established on the basis of the geometric features of brake disc measured. Theoretical analysis on the effects of sideface run out (SRO) and disk thickness variation (DTV) on brake judder is performed. The results show that the vibration of steering wheel caused by brake judder is mainly due to the SRO of brake disk, and that the DTV has greater effect on brake judder than SRO, and the phasic relation between SRO and DTV is also influential.
