人工腰椎间盘置换术的治疗效果回顾和适应证探讨 被引量：2

摘要 经典的髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症已经有70余年的历史,大量文献报道此方法具有良好效果。随着骨科新理论、新技术的出现,从简单的微创手术,到复杂的人工椎间盘置换,腰椎间盘突出症的治疗呈现“百花齐放”的局面。但也因此出现了一些争议,如究竟应该怎么看待常规髓核摘除术后影像学出现的一些解剖学改变?是否所有的椎间盘突出症手术都需要融合?如何正确掌握各种术式的适应证?如何评价各种手术的治疗效果?参加本期讨论的各位作者都是在本领域中具有丰富临床经验的专家,他们的观点有一定的代表意义。如果能将不同专家的讨论从头到尾读一遍,可能有助于对腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗这一问题的总的了解,并得出自己的结论。如果您还有其它见解,欢迎来稿参与讨论。
