摘要
根据配电网GIS(Geographical Information System)系统的特点,针对现有数据管理模式的不足之处,利用成熟、稳定的对象关系型数据库Oracle,提出了一个全新的一体化模型。该模型的特点是能实现配电网GIS系统中空间数据和属性数据的统一管理和操作,关键的技术是采用了Oracle的空间数据库组件Oracle Spatial作为解决方案。首先介绍Oracle系统管理空间数据的方式,以及如何利用特有的空间索引对空间数据进行高效的操作;然后给出一个配电GIS系统中的相应实例来说明如何在Oracle中建立一个带有空间数据信息的物理模型,并针对配点网设备众多,数据量庞大的特点,说明了如何采用数据仓库的分区技术解决数据检索的效率问题;在充分理解了Oracle Spatial对空间数据的存储机制后,讨论了如何利用Oracle提供的接口OO4O(Oracle Objects for OLE)在Visual C++环境下对该数据库系统进行开发,重点说明了对空间数据的存取操作。
This paper proposes a new integrated data model based on the mature and stable ORDB (Objected-Relational Database) system—Oracle, oriented to the characteristics of distribution network GIS (Geographical Information System)and the disadvantages of present data model. The novel feature of this model is that it can realize the united management and manipulation of spatial and characteristic data. The critical technique used is the Oracle Spatial. Firstly, this paper introduces the management of spatial data in Oracle; and then it gives a corresponding instance to explain how to build a physical data model with Oracle Spatial. In view of numerous facilities and data, it explains how to use partition technique to improve the efficiency of data search. Finally, it discusses how to use OO4O (Oracle Object for OLE) to develop this system in Visual C++ with the emphasis on the manipulation of spatial data.
