互联网信息安全问题的防范对策和政府责任 被引量：4

摘要 在信息时代,互联网信息安全问题给人们提出了挑战。互联网信息安全问题有它产生的根源,并且在技术、经济、社会等方面对人类生活也有重大影响。从宏观和微观两个层面来看,既要重视根本的防范对策:国家立法,又要重视技术层面的具体措施:安全管理。同时,关注互联网信息安全问题对政府而言更是责无旁贷。作为应急的组织、指挥者,相关法律、法规的监管者以及网络道德的倡导者,政府的责任应该引起足够的重视。
