摘要
“川麦42”和“川麦43”是源于CIMMYT硬粒小麦-节节麦人工合成种的姊妹系,具有高产、高抗条锈等特征。本实验利用小麦A、B、D基因组上的91对引物对“川麦42”和“川麦43”进行了SSR分子标记比较分析。结果表明,分析的91个SSR标记位点中有61个位点“川麦42”与“川麦43”多态性一致,占位点数的67.03%;有30个位点两个品种存在多态性差异,占位点数的32.97%;30个差异位点在A、B和D三个基因组的分布频率(占该基因组被检测位点数)不一致,其中A基因组分布最多,B基因组分布最少,其顺序为A>D>B。
Chuanmai 42 and Chuanmai 43 with characters of high yield potential and high resistance to stripe rust,are sister lines derived from synthetic hexaploid wheat (THticum durum × Aegilops tauschii ).The genetic background between ‘Chuanmai 42' and ‘Chuanmai 43' were comprised by 91 SSR markers. Of 91 SSR markers, 30 markers could be used to detect the differences of ‘Chuanmai 42' and ‘Chuanmai 43'. And the ratios of the different locus to the tested locus in the A,B and D genome were variation, the highest in A genome while the lowest in B genome.
