摘要
采用超声提取和分光光度法对松嫩草地瑞香狼毒营养器官香豆素类化合物含量进行测定,并对不同的环境梯度下根的香豆素类化合物含量变化进行分析。研究结果表明:瑞香狼毒各营养器官香豆素类化合物含量显著不同,根中最高,而叶、茎中含量很低;随着放牧强度的增加,根中香豆素类化合物含量明显增加;而随着土壤含水量的降低,根中香豆素类化合物的含量呈下降趋势。
The contents of coumarin were measured for vegetative organ of Stellera chamaejastne L. in Songnen grassland of Heilongjiang by ultrasonic extraction and spectrophotometry, also the changes of coumarin content were studied for roots in different growing environments. The results showed that the coumarin contents were distributed unevenly in different vegetative organs during a growing season, it is highest in roots and comparatively low in leaves and stems. The coumarin content ascended significantly with the increase of grazing gradient in roots; it tended to decrease with soil water falling down.
