采用气相色谱法分析40%三唑磷水乳剂,固定相为1.5%SE-30,内标物为邻苯二甲酸二环己酯,三唑磷色谱峰与内标物色谱峰的分离度为3.0。方法的相关系数为0.9996,标准偏差为0.0689,变异系数为0.17%,平均回收率为99.8%。
A gas chromatographic method was developed for determination of a 40% triazophos aqueous emulsion, using 1.5% SE-30 as the fixed phase and dicyclohexyl phthalate as the internal standard material. The resolution of chromatographic peaks between triazophos and dicyclohexyl phthalate was 3.0. The correlation coefficient, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and average recovery were 0.9996, 0.0689, 0.17%, and 99.8%, respectively.
