摘要
江浙沪地区电厂420 t/h锅炉多采用热风送粉、一次风集中布置方式,燃烧器钝体过大,周界风保护喷口的能力弱,不能适应燃用高热值和高挥发份的煤种,普遍存在一次风喷口带火、烧坏等问题,因此提出燃烧系统的改造思路。通过实践经验和数值计算结合的方法优化设计燃烧器,调整一次风切圆等措施消除喷口带火,使燃烧系统扩大了锅炉的煤种适应性。图7参11。
Most 420 t/h b oilers in the Jiangsu Zhejiang and Shanghai region use hot air coal feeding and concentrated disposal of primary, but the bluff body of the burners are usually too large and the cooling effect of the air, encompassing the nozzles, in insufficient, making the boiler inadaptable to firing coal categories of high calorific value or with high volatile content. The generally observed problem is that the primary air nozzles are exposed to the flame and get burned. An idea of reconstructing the combustion system was hterefore voiced and an optimized burner designed the combined result of experience and unmerical calculations with an adjusted tangent circle of primary air flow, as well as with other remedies, to avoid the nozzle' s exposure to the flame, and also for roadening the boiler' s adaptability of different coal categories.
