摘要
目的研究安徽省枞阳县15岁以上农村居民的饮酒模式及相关因素变化情况。方法采用随机整群抽样调查、描述性分析和非条件log istic回归分析。结果1993年男、女性的现在饮酒率和酗酒率分别为26.90%、1.40%、5.28%和0.10%,2001年男、女性的现在饮酒率和酗酒率分别为33.62%、3.38%、11.61%和0.68%,男、女性间差异均有显著性。性别、年龄组别、职业状况、文化程度、婚姻状况、是否吸烟是饮酒的主要相关因素。结论饮酒对农村居民健康的危害是严重的;开展健康教育和健康促进工作是目前控制饮酒危害的最好措施。
Objective To investigate the prevalence oF alcohol beverage consuming and alcohol abuse, and its related Factors among residents aged over 15 years in AnHui province in 1993 and 2001. Methods Sampling survey, descriptive analysis and non-conditional logistic regression were applied. Results Rates on current alcohol beverage consuming and alcohol abuse among male residents aged over 15 years were 26.90%,1.40%,5.28% and 0.10% respectively, and those among females were 33.62%,3.38%,11.61% and 0. 68% in 1993 and 2001 respectively there was significant difference between sex distribution. Sex, age, occupation, education, marriage status, and smoking were Factors related to alcohol beverage consuming. Conclusion Alcohol beverage drinking, especially alcohol abuse, was oF great harm to the health oF rural residents. Health education and health advancing might be the best way to control its harm.
