摘要
表面传导电子发射显示(SED)是新近开发的一种平板超薄显示器。时至今日,平板显示器的研究已经取得很大的进展,然而,当前市场上占据主导地位的液晶显示(LCD)和等离子体显示(PDP),仍然存在着不少问题。而SED电视可以有效弥补它们在图像显示质量上的不足。主要从基本原理和技术突破方面论述了SED的相关知识,并介绍了SED与其它平板显示器相比在图像质量方面的优点。
The surface-conduction electron-emitter display (SED) just is the flat panel display which is empoldered recently. Nowadays, the technology of flat panel display have made advancement, but the liquid crystal display (LCD) and plasma display panel (PDP) which dominate in the market still have some deficiency. SED can make up the deficiency from LCD and PDP. The thesis is mainly about the SED related knowledge from the basic principle and technology breakthrough. Besides , it recommends some merits of SED in image quality ,relative to others.
