摘要
在文献出版与发行、读者需求、文献采访理念与技术、采访人员素质等方面都存在影响文献采访质量的不利因素。高校图书馆必须建立衡量文献采访的质量标准,提高采访人员素质,在搞好采访调研的基础上,制定科学的采访策略,并定期做好文献采访质量评估工作。
There are some harmful factors influencing the quality of the work of purchasing literature in the aspects of the literature publication and distribution, the readers demand, the notion and technology of the worker of purchasing literature, the quality of literature buyer. University library should establish the quality standard of the work of purchasing literature, improve the quality of literature buyer, formulate the scientific tactics based on the work research and regularly evaluate the quality of the work of purchasing literature.
