摘要
以丁二酸单乙酯和氯化亚砜为原料合成丁二酸单乙酯酰氯。探讨了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响。最佳反应条件为:氯化亚砜∶单酯=1.6∶1(摩尔比),反应温度43℃,反应时间3 h,产率为95%。与文献比较,反应温度降低了10℃,产率提高了6个百分点。
Ethyl succinyl chloride was synthesized with monoethyl succinate and thionyl chloride as raw materials. The ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on reaction were studied. The optimum condition were : the mole ratio of thionyl chloride to monoethyl succinate is 1.6: 1, the reaction temperature is 43℃ ,the reaction time is 3 h. The reaction temperature is reduced 10℃ and the yield (95%) increase by 6% (compare with the literature).
