溶胶-凝胶法制备WO_3及其光催化活性的研究 被引量:3

Preparation of WO_3 by Sol-gel and Its Photocatalytic Activity Against Formaldehyde

摘要 将钨酸钠通过动态阳离子树脂交换得钨酸溶胶、凝胶(WO·32H2O),经煅烧制备系列三氧化钨粉末,研究了不同热处理温度对产物形貌、红外吸收、光催化活性的影响规律,用FTIR光谱仪、电子探针进行表征,结果表明:热处理使钨酸表现不同的红外吸收特征及光催化活性。 A series of tungstic oxide powders were prepared by calcinating tungstic acid gels or sols obtained from exchanging of Na2WO4 with protonated cation exchange resin in the dynamic method. Effects of thermal treating tungstic acid methods on morphology, infrared spectra patterns and photocatalytic activity were studied. The products were characterized by TGA, FTIR and electron probe microanalysis (ETMA). The results showed that infrared spectra absorbance and photocatalytic activity were related to distinct powder morphology, and different thermal treatment affected infrared spectra patterns of samples.
