摘要
利用分析法和试验法对驱动桥作台架疲劳强化试验。依据Miner理论推导出疲劳试验的数学模型,对比普通路面和强化路面的道路载荷谱得到强化系数,通过疲劳试验得到驱动桥的疲劳寿命。针对疲劳寿命估计的小样本问题,采用Bootstrap原理得到驱动桥疲劳寿命的置信区间。结果表明:台架疲劳强化试验能够有效地估计驱动桥的疲劳寿命,且缩短了试验周期,节约了试验成本。
Using analysis and experimentation, the research on rack fatigue intensifying test for driving axle was made. Based on the theory of Miner, a mathematical model of fatigue test was derived. An intensifying factor was obtained by contrast with the loading spectrum of the normal and intensifying road. Through fatigue test, the driving axle's tire life was achieved. Aiming at the problem of lacking of enough samples and applying the Bootstrap's theory, a method to estimate the confidence interval of fatigue life was presented. The result showed that rack fatigue intensifying test could estimate driving axle's fatigue life effectively, reduce test period and save test cost.
