摘要
随着信息技术的迅速发展,企业所面临的经济环境有了很大的变化,传统的绩效评价体系已经不能适应新的环境,许多新的评价方法应运而生。平衡记分卡就是近年来较流行且较有代表性的一套绩效评价方法。本文拟针对传统企业业绩评价的不足,对平衡计分卡作一简单介绍。
Along with the technical and quick development of information, the economic environment that business enterprise facing very big variety and the traditional results evaluation system has not already adapted the new environment, so many new evaluation methods emerge with the fide of the times. The balanced score card is more popular in recent years and has the representative's a set of results evaluation method more. This text draws up the shortage of aim at the traditional business enterprise accomplishment evaluation, accounting to divide the card to make a simple introduction to the balance.
