T91钢长期运行过程中微观组织老化研究 被引量:19

STUDY ON MICROSTRUCTURE AGING OF T91 STEEL DURING PROCESS OF LONG-TERM OPERATION

摘要 对两个电厂锅炉的T91钢制高温过热器和中温再热器管运行后微观组织的老化进行了试验研究。结果表明:光学显微镜下,难以观察到材料微观组织的老化特征;在透射电镜下,可明显观察到材料微观组织老化的精细结构;运行时间短的中温再热器管的微观组织老化较运行时间长的高温过热器管严重。 A test study has been carried out for the microstructure aging of high-temperature surperheater and medium -temperature reheater tubes made from T91 steel for two utility boilers. Results show that the characteristics of microsturcture aging of the materials are difficult to be observed under an optical microscope; but the fine structure of microstructure aging can be obviously observed under a transmission electron microscope(TEM). The microstructure aging of medium-temperature reheater tubes during short-term operation is more serious than that of high-temperature superheater tubes during long-term operation.
