摘要
经费短缺已经严重制约着我国高校图书馆外文资源的建设。文章对高校图书馆外文期刊资源建设现状进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了提高外文文献保障率和增加外文文献有效供给的多项措施。
Fund deficiency has seriously restricted the construction of foreign bibliographic resources in university libraries. On the analysis of the actual situation of foreign periodical construction, the paper has put forward measures to enhance foreign bibliographic guarantee rate and increase the effective supply of foreign literature.
