摘要
本文采超声化学法制备了纳米铁钴合金微粒,并通过透射电镜(TEM),X射线衍射(XRD),光电子能谱(XPS)等分析手段,对样品进行形貌和结构分析,并测量其磁学参数.证实实验所制备的样品是铁钴合金纳米微粒,这也许可为制备新的纳米材料开辟一条新的途径.
Iron-Cobalt alloy ultrafine powders have been prouced by sonochemistry ,the particle size and the components of samples have been analyzed by TEM,XRD and XPS,at the same time,the magnitic parameters are measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer. We confirm that sample is the Fe-Co alloy ultrafine powders that have been reported by experiments,and this may open a new way to synthesize other iron-based alloy powders using sonochemistry method.
