摘要
如何有效地分配与调度物资,以避免浪费或堆置无用,将是决定紧急救灾物资物流配送系统优劣的关键。在对国内外救灾物流系统发展现状及其特性进行深入分析的基础上,构建紧急救灾物资物流配送系统模型,以达到在最短的时间内,准确地将救灾物资紧急配送到灾区,获得最大化救灾效益的目的。
How to distribute relief effectively and efficiently is one of the key points that determine the efficacy of the emergency disaster relief logistics system. After a detailed analysis of the development and characteristics of the disaster relief system, the emergency disaster relief logistics distribution system model was designed. The aim of the system is to maximize the relief benefit through finding an optimal schedule for assigning resources in time to the affected areas.
