文章从图书馆员定位内涵说起,阐述了对图书馆员形象定位的认识,提出了定位的两大依据,以及在图书馆员的形象塑造过程中可资利用的三种定位方法。参考文献5。
Starting with the orientation connotation, this paper explains the librarians＇ understanding of image orientation and the two major bases of orientation and puts forward 3 kinds of methods in the course of librarians＇ image-building. 5 refs.
