摘要
为了减少纱线毛羽,提高生产效率和产品质量。系统地分析了纱线毛羽产生的原因,纱线毛羽形成于细纱工序,增加于络筒工序。认为减少纱线毛羽是一项系统工程,涉及到原料、工艺、设备和操作等方面,原料的选用与工艺的优化以及生产过程中的在线控制对减少毛羽尤为重要。采用紧密纺纱技术可有效减少毛羽,浆纱工序通过采取湿分绞、高压上浆及预湿上浆等技术措施,可以改善和减少纱线的毛羽。
Generating reasons of yarn hairiness were analyzed by the numbers to reduce the yarn hairiness and enhance productive efficiency & product quality. Yarn hairiness forms in spinning process, and increases in winding process. Reducing yarn hairiness was considered as system engineering, and it refers to material, processing, equipment, operation and other aspects. Material choice and processing optimizing are very important in reducing hairiness online, compact spinning technology can also reduce hairiness efficiently. Technique measures of adopting wet slip, high pressure sizing and pre-wetting sizing and so on can reduce yarn hairiness.
