摘要
本文较系统地介绍了超临界流体技术在医药工业中的应用研究,并重点讲述了天然物质中药用成分的提取及分析型超临界萃取技术在药品分析中的应用情况。
In this paper, some respects to supercritical fluid technique in the pharmaceutical industry have been reviewed. Two applications were discussed particularly: extraction of pharmaceutical agents from various matrices, and analysis of drug in the pharmaceutical industry.
