摘要
我国资源型城市的环境问题普遍比一般城市严重.在实现城市和产业转型的过程中,必须将环境问题纳入其转型战略中。本文以甘肃省“镍都”金昌市为例,分析了资源型城市产业转型中的环境制约因素,转型战略中应关注的环境保护和生态恢复等问题,提出了金昌市在产业转型中可以采取的缓解环境危机、生态恢复和循环经济的措施。
Environmental problems in resource-based cities are much more serious than the others. Therefore, in course of industrial transformation, environmental problems must be considered. Taking Jinchang City in Gansu Province as an example, the paper analyzed environmental factors that were disadvantageous to transformation. Finally, some measures for environmental improvement, ecological restoration and circular economy were pointed out.
