摘要
以经济社会发展总体趋势及其对水资源的需求为切入点,系统分析了我国经济社会发展与水资源利用的相关关系,并对实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标对水资源需求及其保障能力进行了分析。研究认为,到2020年,我国水资源总量基本可以满足经济社会发展的需求,但生态环境用水难以全面保障。
Based on the analyzing tendency of economic and social development and water resources demand, the author analysed the relationship between economic and social development with water resources utilization in China, discussed demand and guarantee capacity of water resources to develop well-being society. It is concluded that water resources can basically ensure the economic and social development, but cannot satisfy water demand for ecological environment protection in 2020.
