摘要
详细介绍了全寿命周期费用(LCC)的基本概念,并通过±500 kV蔡白线绝缘设计方案的全寿命周期费用优化决策的应用实例,指出全寿命周期费用决策方法在电力行业,特别是在输变电工程中具有很高的应用价值和广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduced the concept of life cycle cost （LCC） in detail, took optimizing policy of LCC on insulation design scheme on ± 500 kV Caibai line for example, pointed out that it had a high value and a wide future of application in power industries, especially in project for power transmission and distribution.
