摘要
采用熔融共混的方法制备了PS/纳米MoS2复合材料,并应用高阻仪、DSC等研究了该复合材料的电性能和热性能,同时测试了该复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,随着纳米MoS2用量的增加,复合材料的体积电阻率明显下降,当MoS2用量为25份时,复合材料的体积电阻率达到109Ω·cm;复合材料的热稳定性也得到提高;同时,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度提高,而弯曲强度有所降低。
PS/nano-meter MoS2 composite was prepared by means of melt blending, and the electrical and thermal properties of the prepared composite were characterized by high-resistor and DSC, and the mechanical properties of the composite were measured, too. The results indicated that with the increase of the content of MoS2, the volume resistivity of the composite decreased obviously, when the content of MoS2 was 25 phr, the volume resistivity was up to 10^9Ω·cm, with an increase of thermal property; the tensile strength and notched Izod impact strength of the composite increased, but the bending strength decreased a little.
