摘要
用小波变换的方法研究了小鼠肝纤维化血清的荧光光谱,用mexh小波能很好地将荧光光谱的特征提取出来,在508、527、556、589和633 nm处得到特征峰,用前3个特征峰处的强度与第4个特征峰处的比值可将健康与纤维化的样品区分出来。结果表明,小波变换是处理分析荧光光谱的一种有效方法。
The paper uses wavelet transform method to study the fluorescence spectrum of mice's fibrosis serum, whose character could be successfully distilled using mexh wavelet. The characteristic peaks could be gotten in 508, 527, 556, 589 and 633 nm, and the ratio of the intensity of first three peak to that of the fourth could differentiate the healthy and the fibrosis in certain degree, it proves that wavelet transform could be a valuable method to analyze fluorescence spectrum.
