摘要
建立大蓟的鉴别与含量测定方法。以蒙花苷作为指标，进行薄层色谱鉴别；并以蒙花苷作为含量测定的指标，以高效液相色谱法测定含量。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱，流动相：甲醇-水-冰醋酸（45：54.5：0．5），流速：1ml·min^-1，线性范围：2．56～85．17μg·ml^-1，r=0．9998，平均回收率：99．97％，RSD：2．5％。本法可用于大蓟药材的质量控制。
The TLC and HPLC methods are established for the identification and determination of flavonoids components in Herba Crisii Japonici. TLC was used for identification and content of linarin was determined by HPLC methods. A Kromasil C18 column was used with acetonitrile--water--glacial acetic acid （45 ： 54. 5 ： 0.5） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1ml·min^-1 and the linear range was 2.56-85.17μg·ml^-1, r=0. 9998. The average recovery rate was 99.97%, and RSD was 2.5%. The method could be used for the quality control of Herba Cirsii Japonici.
