摘要
名词性的虚拟企业逻辑和现实上存在矛盾,而动词的虚拟企业,即企业虚拟化运营则充满活力。由于开放性的市场条件和VT、IT的广泛应用,企业虚拟化运营效率系统具有开放性,其本质是企业通过整合外部资源、提升企业外部效率来实现经济活动目标。成为21世纪最具有可持续竞争优势的一种运营方式。
There is self - contradiction between logic and realistic in the nominal word virtual enterprise while the verbal word virtual enterprise, the virtual management of the enterprise, turns energetic. Because of the open market condition and the extensive application of VT and IT, the efficiency system of the virtual management of the enterprises is open. Its innate character is integrating exterior resources and promoting exterior efficiency to achieve economic targets. The virtual management of the enterprises will become one of the most competitive management methods in the 21th century due to its open efficiency system.
