摘要
当前中日两国间呈现的"政冷"、"经热"现象,严重影响了中日关系的健康发展。造成中日政治关系长期低迷的症结在于20世纪90年代中期开始的日本对华战略偏差。日本只有改变对华战略,抛弃对华"威胁",走和平发展道路,中日经济关系才能稳步发展。
Of Late,Sino-Japanese relation is suffer- ing from such phenomena as'cold political re- lations'and'warm economic relations', which hindered the healthy development of Si- no-Japanese relations.The'cold political rela- tions'has resulted from the warp of Japan's diplomatic strategy toward China adopted since the middle of 1990s.Only when Japan changes its diplomatic strategy toward China,abandons its'threat'to China and takes to the path of peaceful development,could Sino-Japanese economic relations enjoy steady development.
