摘要
在我国向社会主义市场经济体制转变和人口年龄结构快速向老龄化发展的过程中,老年问题变得愈加严重,而我国老年问题的重中之重又在于农村的老年问题。因此,在全面建设小康社会和社会主义新农村的今天,在巩固和发展传统的家庭养老方式的同时,适时推行多元化的农村养老保障体系势在必行。
In our country to the socialist market economy system transformation and the population age structure fast to in the ageing development process, the old age question changes even more seriously, but our country ageing key lies in the countryside the old age question. Therefore, in comprehensively building a relatively affluent society and the new socialist rural areas today, in the consolidation and development of the traditional family pension manner, the timely introduction of diversified rural old-age security system is imperative.
