摘要
目的探讨医院急救中心对警察进行徒手心肺复苏(CPR)知识与技能培训的方法,提高其CPR知识与技能。方法对荆州市不同警种的警察91人进行CPR知识与技能的培训,分别在培训后即时、3个月、6个月进行理论知识和操作技能情况评价。结果培训后即时理论知识得分和操作技能合格率与培训前和培训后6个月比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);与培训后3个月比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论对警察进行规范有序和定期巩固的培训是增强其急救意识、提高CPR知识与技能的一种有效方式,对普及急救医学知识、保障人民生命健康有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effect of training of policemen in manual CPR in a hospital emergency center. Methods Ninety-one policemen of different services were trained in the.knowledge and techniques in CPR. Their mastery of the knowledge and skills were evaluated immediately, 3 and 6 months after the training. Results There were significant differences in the scores of knowledge mastery and number of persons who passed the skill tests between the time immediately after the training and the time before and 6 months after the training （all P〈0.01）. and no significant difference time was found between the time immediately after the training and the time 3 month after the training （all P〉0.05）. Conclusion The standardized and regular training of policemen is an effective way of improving their knowledgeand skills in CPR. It is important in spreading medical knowledge and ensuring people＇s health.
