介绍了该离心泵性能测试系统的测试原理及测试过程,给出了该系统硬件电路的方案设计,将计算机硬件接口电路与数字电路相结合。以实现离心泵性能检测控制的目的．系统的软件设计包括3部分:数据采集程序, 数据处理程序,绘性能曲线并实现打印、打印预览程序．
The system of measuring the centrifugal pumps performance, designed in this paper, is realized by using VC6. The design concerns the knowledge of computer hardware and software o The part of hardware detects three analog signals and one data signal, and also controls one analog signalo The part of Software take charge of converting the collected data into the needed parameters, saving them as data files and drawing three parameter-flux plots, it can also realize printing and print-preview.
