摘要
从经营管理和工程评价两个方面,回顾和分析了三北工程建设20多年来的研究成果。结果表明,有关经营管理方面的研究相对薄弱,评价内容与方法还不能满足工程发展的需要。密切结合林业生态工程管理的特点,将更多的先进管理思想和模式引入到三北工程建设中来,提炼科学的评价方法,丰富评价内容应成为研究人员进一步关注的重点。
The paper first reviewed and analyzed most documents from operating management and project evaluation in the past two decades. Then it shows that current documents about management are still weak. and the evaluation contents and methods cannot meet the demand of Three-north Shelterbelt Project development. And with the features of forestry ecological projects management, more and more ideas and modes of advanced management must be introduced into Three-north Project. Researchers should pay more attention to selecting a scientific method to evaluate and perfect the contents of evaluation.
