摘要
建立了一种准确测定洗发、护发用品中铅含量的火焰原子吸收分光光度检测方法,样品用硝酸-高氧酸-硫酸于高温下消解后,在优化的仪器操作条件下进行含量测定,在0~10.00μg/mL内,线性方程为A=0.0179c+0.0014,相关系数为0.9995。4种样品3个不同添加水平试验铅的回收率为86.4%-100.7%,测量结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%-2.2%,铅的检出限为0.017μg/g。
An accurate method was developed for the determination of lead in cosmetic of shampoo. The samples were dissolved in HNO3 -HClO4 -H2SO4, then lead in the sample was determined by FAAS respectively. The cocentration of lead was linear with the absorbance in the range of 0 - 10.00μg/mL, the linear regression equation was A =0. 0179c +0. 001 4, the correlation coeffi- cient was 0. 9995. The recoveries of 4 samples at 3 addition level were 86.4% - 100.7%, RSD were 1.3% -2.2%, and the detection limit was 0. 017 μg/g.
