摘要
对国内外主要红豆杉资源植物中taxol,cephalomannine,baccatinⅢ和10-deacetyl-baccatinⅢ四种红豆杉烷进行了含量测定。结果表明:taxol含量以加拿大短叶红豆杉树皮中最高,中间红豆杉次之,我国东北红豆杉及云南红豆杉含量中等;桨果红豆杉及东北红豆杉叶中含有较高的10-deacetylbaccatinⅢ。通过对国内外重要红豆杉种中四种红豆杉烷的测定评价,为红豆杉资源的综合利用,提供了参考价值。
The contents of taxol, cephalomannine, 10 deacetylbaccatinⅢand baccatinⅢin major species of Taxus sp . in the world were assayed by HPLC. The obtained results indicated that the bark of Taxus brevifolia contained the highest level of taxol and the bark of T.media was the second. The bark of T.cuspidata and T.yunnanensis contained middle level of taxol. The needle of T.baccata and T.cuspidate contained high amount of 10 deacetylbaccatinⅢ, which is the precursor semi synthsis material of for the production of taxol or taxotere.
