摘要
研究了超音速火焰(HVOF)喷涂WC-Co粒子过程中,基体表面粗糙度对粒子平化变形特征及粒子基体间结合性能的影响.实验结果表明:随基体表面粗糙度增大,粒子铺展过程中受到的阻力增大,圆形或近似圆形的粒子比例减少,不规则形貌粒子的比例增加;同时WC-Co粒子与基体间的物理机械嵌合强度提高;适当延长基体吹砂处理时间可增强粒子与基体间的结合强度.
The effect of substrate surface roughness on the splat formation and adhesion between WC-Co splat HVOF (high velocity oxy-fuel) sprayed and steel substrate are studied. The results showed that with the increase of surface roughness the restriction to flattening of splat is enhanced so that the number of spherical to nearly spherical particles became reduced while the ratio of splat with complex morphologies increased. Furthermore, the physical contact and adhesion between the WC-Co splat and substrate got better as a result of increased surface roughness. Suitable duration of grit blasting can improve the bonding strength.
