摘要
对7所高校(清华大学、北京大学、南京大学、吉林大学、浙江大学、南开大学、兰州大学)百名化学领域留学回国博士情况开展调查,并从8个方面进行了分析:一,各校留学回国博士的人数;二,留学回国博士的年龄结构;三,留学回国博士的性别;四,留学的国家;五,回国的时间;六,留学回国博士与西部人才的情况;七,留学回国博士的专业分布;八,留学回国博士所作的贡献。通过分析,力图揭示留学作为中外文化交流的一个重要方面所存在的客观问题,以及对中国社会变革和发展进程所产生的不可忽视的作用,从中反映了当代中国高校化学学科留学回国博士的分布、留学国家及所作贡献等情况,并由此窥见中国高校师资、中国留学回国博士之全貌,提醒政府及有关部门予以重视。
Through the survey of one hundred returned doctors in the Chemical Departments of seven universities （ Qing Hua, Beijing, Nanjing, Jilin Zhejiang, Nankei and Lanzhou University）, we have 8 aspects for analysis： 1. the number of returned doctors in each university; 2. the age composition; 3. the sex of the returned doctors; 4. the countries of their study; 5. the time of their return; 6. the situation of the returned doctors and the western talents; 7. the distribution of their specialties ; 8. the contributions made by the returned students. After analysis we try to reveal the objective problems in studying abroad, which is an important branch of foreign cultural exchange, and their functions in the social development and social reform.
