牦牛乳上皮粘蛋白MUC1的遗传多态性研究 被引量：2

摘要 采用凝胶电泳方法分离牦牛乳上皮粘蛋白MUC1,通过比较乳MUC1的多态性发现麦洼牦牛、九龙牦牛、天祝白牦牛、青海牦牛和西藏牦牛共5个牦牛群427头泌乳牦牛乳MUC1存在 9种MUC1类型,蛋白质分子质量范围为163～208 ku,普遍大于普通乳牛;群体遗传变异分析表明牦牛乳MUC1的基因频率、基因型频率存在品种间差异,基因杂合度较大,根据乳MUC1基因频率可将5个牦牛品种明显地聚为两类,提示牦牛乳MUC1存在地方类群的特异性．
