利用实时定量PCR检测儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的E2A-PBX1融合基因 被引量:1

摘要 3%~5%的儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和5%的成人ALL患者,携带t(1;19)(q23;p13),该易位形成E2A-PBX1(Immunoglobulin Enhancer Binding Factor-Pre-B Leukemia)融合基因.实时定量PCR(RQ-PCR)是近年来得到广泛应用的基因定量技术,已成为PCR更新换代的方法.我们采用RQ-PCR方法成功检测了27例ALL患儿初诊时E2APBX1融合基因表达水平,并定量检测了其中9例患儿诱导缓解治疗结束时的微量残留病(MRD)水平.
