摘要
汽车ABS侧向稳定性是主动安全性的重要方面,目前研究的主要方法是基于虚拟现实和硬件在环(HiL)技术。提出了主要基于多维轮力测量并辅以车身轨迹姿态测量的汽车ABS侧向稳定性能道路试验评价系统。基于该系统直接建立车轮六维力与车轮、车身运动参数间的关系,为研究和评价汽车制动稳定性和操纵性提供了试验依据。介绍了多维轮力传感器、测试系统的架构以及车身轨迹姿态测量原理,探讨了汽车ABS侧向稳定性能试验方法,给出了基于某轿车弯道制动试验分析实例。
The ABS lateral stability is principal for the whole vehicle active safety. The present research approaches on this subject are focused on the virtual reality and HiL technology. The test evaluation system for the ABS lateral stability was firstly put forth, which primarily resorted to measure multi--component wheel forces and was enhanced by measuring the trajectory and attitude of the body. This system provides the correlativity between the wheel forces and the kinematical parameters of both wheel and body, and offers the experimental means to assess the ABS brake stability and controllability concretely and generally. Secondly the particular discussion was brought forward for the wheel force transducer and the framework of the test system, then the measurement principle of the body trajectory and attitudes. The following section was attempted to analyze the test procedures for the ABS lateral stability. In the final part of this paper was a brake-in-curve case based on the test of a motor vehicle.
