摘要
[目的]了解莱芜市旅店业卫生状况,进一步搞好旅店业管理.[方法]2004年3～7月在莱芜市市区选择42家高、中、低档旅店进行卫生状况调查.[结果]42家旅店卫生许可证持证率81.0%;从业人员健康证持证率87.4%;卫生知识培训合格率83.2%;公共用品合格率83.0%.[结论]高档宾馆卫生状况最好,低档最差.对低档宾馆应加强从业人员卫生知识和法律法规的培训,加大监督执法力度.
[Objective]To explore the sanitary state of hostels in Laiwu cantonal district, in order to improve the supervision on hostel industry. [Methods]To select 42 hostels from advanced, secondary and low levels to investigate their sani tary state. [Results]In the 42 hostels, the holding rate of sanitary licence was 81.0%, the holding rate of health certificate by practitioners was 87.4 %, the qualified rate of health knowledge training was 83.2%, the qualified rate of public articles for use was 83, 0%. [Conclusion]The sanitary state of advanced hostels was best and that of low level hostels was worst, Health knowledge and law-code training for practitioners of low level hostels should be strengthened, and supervision and law-executlng should be enforced.
