摘要
[目的]统计医院骨科收治伤害病例伤害状况,分析伤害的危害性和预防伤害的重要性.[方法]对某省级综合性医院骨科2003年与2004年收治伤害病例的疾病状况和致病因素等资料进行统计分析.[结果]该医院骨科两年共收治伤害病例958例,男性670例,女性288例;年龄4～98岁;各月收治病人数差异不大;占伤害因素种类较多的是交通伤（占64.7%）和机械工伤（占12.0%）;伤害多发生在工作场所（占36.0%）和路途中（占38.0%）;住院后的死亡率为0.5%,致残率为21.0%,治愈率为59.0%,好转率为19.5%.[结论]伤害对人类健康的危害比较大,应引起重视,加强伤害预防工作.
[Objective]To understand patients＇ injury status of the orthopaedics department ,and explore risk factors and importance to prevent the injuries. [Methods]To analyze the disease status and patients＇ injury reasons of the orthopaedics department in a hospital from 2003 to 2004. [Results]958 injured patients including 670 male patients and 288 female patients,aged from 4 to 98 were treated in the orthopaedics department during past two years. The numbers of patients were almost the same in each month. Most injury cases were caused by traffic accidents （64. 7%） and mechanical injuries （12.0 % ）. 36 % of the injuries cases occurred at the working sites and 38. 0% on the roads. The death rate of the patients in the hospital was 0. 5% ;the disabled rate was 21.0% ;the cured rate was 59.0% ;and the recovering rate was 19.5%. [Conclusion]Injuries could do great harms to human beings, so great importance should be given to injuries in order to prevent its occurrence.
