摘要
近年来膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)的研究受到普遍关注,在IFR的合成、应用以及热分解动力学等方面取得了一定进展。但IFR的品种还较少,应用范围有限,在IFR的分子设计、配方优化、阻燃机理等方面有待深入研究。IFR的表面处理、微细化、微胶囊化以及合成“三位一体”IFR是今后的发展方向。
Intumescent flame retardant (IFR) has attracted more interest recently. The late progress the synthesis, application of pyrolysis dynamics of IFR has been reported frequently. However, information on molecule design, ingredient optimization and combustion mechanism of IFR are atill inadequate. The surface treatment of products, micronization and microencapsulation of the flame retardant as well as the synthesis of trinity-IFR should be the research focus in the future.
